Frequent readers of our blog will remember the work we did over the years for the Boys & Girls Club of Buena Park. There was a vinyl wall lettering project, fundraiser wall graphics, and storyboards. When the organization contacted us again for the design of additional vinyl wall graphics for Boys & Girls Clubs in Orange County, CA, we were enthusiastic to help.
The response to the group’s call for sponsorship has been so positive and plentiful that the organization decided to redo the sponsor wall we built last year. Since the recognition of its donors is an integral part of the way that the group shows appreciation to generous private and business contributors, it made sense to create sponsor panels that present gold, silver, and bronze levels.
We mounted them with brushed aluminum standoffs right underneath a set of plaques that commemorate platinum level sponsors. The appearance is professional, attractive but still personal. Our design maintained the storyboard presentation to highlight the founders of the Boys & Girls Club. While we were there, we added game room wall graphics that would allow the workers to insert pictures of game champions for each area. Additional tech room graphics round out the work we did this year.
It is fair to say that the organization exemplifies the way that groups can strengthen the usefulness of any space simply by relying on vinyl wall graphics to create the right atmosphere. Beyond the ability to make a space relevant to the clients and visitors who come to a facility, there are other uses for this signage solution.
