Our Graphic Design team is very talented and trained to work with customers to help them first sort through the sign and graphic options. Then once the ideal product is identified and options for size, colors and finishes are determined – the interactive design process begins. Our Designers take the verbal interpretation of what the client wants and make it visual. Corporate Pantone and PMS colors are utilized and matched when required, and font options are added. That proofing process helps us move closer and closer to exactly what will look and work the best. Once finalized, the production process begins!
Because we are a local Downey sign shop, we don’t have to wait for outsource suppliers to print or fabricate and then ship your sign. Our local facility has state-of-the-art sign printing, laminating, cutting and fabrication equipment, and highly trained operators. The better equipment costs more but delivers higher resolution printing with a wider color spectrum than most sign shops can accomplish. Combined with the high-performance 3M vinyl and laminates we use, and our 3M Preferred Graphics Installers certification – our quality is unmatched! On the other side of our sign shop, we fabricate 3D letters and logos and cut sign panels with accuracy of within 1/1000th of an inch. Finally, we use a durable latex acrylic paint to professionally match logo colors and protect your sign.
We own our aerial lift equipment and are a California State Licensed C-45 Sign Installation Contractor – licensed to install any sign. We carry Liability and Worker’s Compensation insurance and are bonded to protect your interests as well as ours. Our computer plotted installation templates allow us to install with accuracy and locate studs for mounting exactly. That means your sign letters and logo will be properly spaced and aligned, as well as centered and level. Nothing ruins a beautifully fabricated sign like an amateur installing it!
