At 12020 Bloomfield Avenue, Palmer Johnson Power Systems needed foam letter building signs in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The company’s management team hired our shop to oversee this project from inception to final installation.
After discussing the project with the client and receiving the specs, our technicians got to work. We used two-inch thick sign foam that we cut to size. Next, we cut thin aluminum faces to the same specifications. We would mount them to the foam letters to boost their longevity. Next, we painted the products in two custom colors to match the company’s brand. Foam lettering and logos are popular because they are inexpensive ways to create thick letters that make chic 3D building signs.
Our shop has worked with many companies requesting foam letter building signs.
Three-dimensional building signs get attention. Using sign foam saves money. Some clients have transformed these savings into additional signage products that catch the eye of passersby. Examples include window graphics, A-frame signs, and banners. They generate brand awareness and product knowledge by repeating the company’s name and logo and expanding on the brand message.
Of course, foam is only one choice. Other clients have favored three-dimensional acrylic, which allows for an elegant display. We paint the letters in your custom colors. Choose from a high-gloss and a matte finish. Metal is another popular selection. Aluminum is budget-friendly, but there are other choices. Other metals we routinely work with are Cor-Ten steel, stainless steel, and brass.
