We have our own graphic design team, which allows us to get signs designed and produced fast. Because we produce most of our signs at our Buena Park, CA facility, we don’t have to wait for 3rd party producers and shipping time. Often when a Property Manager calls us with a tenant vacancy, we can get signage produced and installed in days, not weeks!
Installation and Permitting Services
We have our own aerial lift equipment for installing “for lease” banners and “available” tenant sign panels at high reach locations like pylon signs and tops of buildings. Many of our Property Managers refer their new tenants to us for their building signs when they move in because we offer permitting services and can research the City Sign codes and abide by center sign programs for consistency. We also offer LED retrofitting for shopping center monument and pylon signs – saving you money on energy costs!
