We carry both 3/16” thickness and 1/4” thickness clear acrylic that is impact resistant and easy to clean. By contour cutting the panels on our CNC router, we can add rounded corners, custom cut pass through holes at the bottom for conducting transactions, and even custom “feet” that allow the guards to stand on a counter. They can also be hung from your drop ceiling to avoid the need to give up counter space for the feet. We recommend the 3/16” thickness for hanging guards and the 1/4” thickness for standup guards – where more rigidity may be needed.
In addition to custom sized and shaped pass through slots, we can add single feet on each side of the guards - or do double feet. We can also add cut vinyl lettering or full color logos to display a message on your shields and can even cut your company name into the shields – like engraving.
We have in-house Graphic Designers that can create custom shapes for your guards and proof to you. We are also a C-45 Licensed Sign Installation Contractor, and are happy to install your hanging guards – or deliver your counter top guards. We use heavy duty t-bar clips for acoustic ceilings that are extremely strong, and can hang with steel cable.
