The management company forwarded us a number of photos that displayed the signs the HOA needed. They all showed signs of weathering, scratch damage, and an outdated overall appearance. We suggested updating these HOA signs with a heavy emphasis on contemporary color plays.

We started with 3mm aluminum composite panels. Our technicians printed vinyl overlays that we installed to the boards. In summary, we created 17 different designs for a total of 130 signs. These markers encompass pool safety rules, provide parking information, and feature required safety messages. The combination of updated fonts, color combinations, and spacing of characters is in keeping with modern sign usage and looks excellent.
