CAC Management is in the business of overseeing condominium properties. In the process, these experts work with plenty of homeowner associations. When the firm needed new signs for an HOA in Los Angeles called the Country Club Townhomes, its representative contacted our experts to handle the project.
The management company forwarded us a number of photos that displayed the signs the HOA needed. They all showed signs of weathering, scratch damage, and an outdated overall appearance. We suggested updating these HOA signs with a heavy emphasis on contemporary color plays.
We started with 3mm aluminum composite panels. Our technicians printed vinyl overlays that we installed to the boards. In summary, we created 17 different designs for a total of 130 signs. These markers encompass pool safety rules, provide parking information, and feature required safety messages. The combination of updated fonts, color combinations, and spacing of characters is in keeping with modern sign usage and looks excellent.
It is interesting to note that a change in signage can have a significant impact on the overall way consumers perceive your venue’s brand message. Our graphic artists routinely work with businesses that want to affect aesthetic changes without spending a lot of money.
Do you need new signs for an HOA in Los Angeles or Orange County? We can assist. Our graphic artists help you put together a look that suits the venue and incorporates a brand message when desired. We can also work with photos you take. We gladly install the signs or deliver them to you for self-installation. If the markers need to be maintained, cleaned, or repaired, we can handle this aspect, too.
Some business clients ask us to include sales signage for vacancies. Doing so is advantageous because it allows you to display these messages as needed. When your spaces are all leased, just remove and store the sign until you need it again. (If you like, we can install mounting hooks on a monument sign or at another location on a façade.)
