Fleet Vehicle Wraps Advertise for Businesses in Buena Park, CA!

Our team has done much work for Caremax in the past. In 2014, we assisted the company with a dimensional letter building sign. Another project that we handled for this client was designing, producing, and installing fleet vehicle wraps in Buena Park, CA. When the Caremax management team contacted us this time, they needed us to adapt the vehicle graphics for a partial wrap of a smaller vehicle. Could we do it? You bet!

Adapting an Existing Vehicle Wrap for a Different Van Style

The initial wrap design took into account the size and lines of the larger vehicles. The adapted wrap would have to make several changes to maintain the effectiveness of the design and support the good looks of the van.

• Graphics sizes. The eye-catching color palette of two different shades of green takes the form of triangles. On the original vans, they extend farther in the front and higher in the back. However, because the smaller van has a different line style, we had to shorten the extension and lower the angle of the second triangle. 
• Lettering sizes and locations. The door letters identifying the client’s name are larger because there is more space. However, the lettering that was initially on the rear third of the vehicle had to be moved up to the second door. The pronounced wheel well of the rear tires and placement of the gas cap make it less than an optimal location for the letters. 
• Perforated window cover. The larger vans do not feature windows on the rear doors but rather the indentations. With the new vehicle, there are two windows. We used perforated vinyl to imprint the message that was initially presented with standard vinyl on the indentations. Also, we combined the display of contact information because the license plate location differs. 

The finished product is ideally suited for integration into the existing fleet. The graphics and letters are adjusted to look perfect on the van’s exterior.
