Year-Long High-Rise Remodel Comes to a Close with Elevator Landing Signage

The technicians at Superior Signs and Graphics worked with the Reconstruction Experts team to finish the project that had been going on behind the scenes. The work took place in a high-rise condominium building on Sepulveda in the heart of downtown L.A.

There, the contractor had redone functional upgrades such as plumbing, ductwork, and HVAC. As the project began winding down, the firm enlisted our assistance to revamp the elevator landing areas for each floor. Our team started with a focus on customized wall wraps. We used images that the condominium association’s board had selected.

Besides that, we designed, produced, and installed half-inch-thick opaque, white floor numbers that we mounted on the wall at each floor landing. Made of acrylic, they are chic and fit in perfectly with the location’s overall pizzazz. You see them immediately when the elevator doors open. Our shop was responsible for floors two through seven. Moreover, we added three-inch-tall lettering on the second floor, where the building’s amenities are situated.

This lettering identifies the pool and gym areas, which is helpful to new residents. The next task is going to be more three-dimensional lettering. We will also create arrows toward the path of each amenity. Our technicians plan to use black acrylic that will contrast beautifully with the white stucco walls outside. These finishing touches complete the year-long renovation project and look excellent!
