Located at 1334 North Knollwood Circle in Anaheim, Southern California Tow Equipment has been a Chevron and Holmes distributor since 1998. Now also representing Miller and a host of other brands, the business focuses on tow truck sales and service. When the management team added a Nissan NV200 City Van to its fleet, a representative contacted our sign shop for assistance with commercial vehicle graphics in Orange County CA.
The van is a service vehicle that the business relies on when picking up parts, visiting customers, and offering estimates. As a result, it is critical that this van becomes part of the firm’s sales message through vehicle graphics.
Because we are 3M preferred installers, our technicians have undergone the training it takes to pair the right vinyl product with the best surfaces. In this case, we selected 3M flat surface vinyl, which allowed our experts to take advantage of the high visibility that the window recess areas of the van provide.
In a passenger van, this would be the space allocated for the windows. Since these are located near the top of the vehicle, they allow for excellent visibility of the vinyl graphics even if the van is moving slowly in rush hour traffic.
For the design of the images, we took advantage of the specs that the client already had on hand. These included the black and red print that customers already know from the website. To underscore the branding of the firm, we created a diamond plate aluminum background.
Now, the van does a fantastic job advertising and branding Southern California Tow Equipment. Best of all, the client liked the results so much that they are bringing us a couple more vans to treat with graphics.
Your building signage is instrumental in introducing your brand to the local business community. Moreover, it is critical for wayfinding when addressing the customer. However, the signage you have on your building is stationary. In contrast, your fleet of service vehicles is mobile.
This means that you can take your advertising and branding on the road. Target communities where likely consumers live, work, and play. You might also boost brand awareness simply by using your cars, trucks, or vans for visiting customers or picking up supplies.
It is not unusual for a business representative to be stopped in a parking lot by an inquiring prospective customer. Because every client’s needs are different, our sign shop can customize a graphics package for you.
Some business clients do very well with a graphics package that includes lettering. Others prefer a full wrap that allows for the full-color display of an advertising scene. Some ask us to find a middle ground with a partial wrap. This graphics product may take up a quarter, half, or three quarters of your vehicle’s exterior.
