Custom Designed Window Graphics That Allow Visibility Outside for Businesses in Rialto, CA!

We were back at the Amazon LGB7 facility. Earlier, our team put together custom wall wraps and graphics for warehouses in Rialto, CA. This time, we designed, produced, and installed window graphics that allow visibility outside.

The client specified the windows they wanted to see treated. The theme would be the design creation of the Affinity Groups that Amazon recognizes. Our graphic artist used each group’s existing logos and then created an icon or image to represent each group.

The perforated vinyl we like to use for storefronts and similar locations relies on the 70/30 pattern. Only 30% of the material is punched out, leaving 70% of vinyl to display vibrant colors and crisp edges. Other sign shops use 50/50 vinyl, but losing the additional 20% of material negatively impacts the graphic quality. 

The final step was to laminate the perforated window graphics with an optically clear overlay. It protects the images from UV rays, which prevents fading colors and vinyl deterioration. Similarly, the laminate makes the windows easy to clean and prevents dust from accumulating in the perforations. We have found that adding this laminate more than doubles the finished product’s lifespan.
