Protecting your signage investment has become a lot easier with the arrival of graffiti-proof laminates. For example, just recently, we designed, produced, and installed anti-graffiti signs for schools in Los Angeles at the Van Wig Elementary School and other locations.

Administrators at the Basset Unified School District have big plans for the new school year. They will undertake a state-of-the-art sports field modernization at Don Julian Elementary and next-generation sports field improvements at the Edgewood Academy. The client asked us to put together post and panel signs explaining the upgrades and place them in front of Van Wig Elementary School, Torch Middle School, and the affected campuses.
These post and panel signs feature full-color photos on a white background. Moreover, there is information about the projects’ scope and the funding source for the upgrades. To protect the signs from being defaced by graffiti, permanent marker scribbles, and spray paint, our technicians added an anti-graffiti laminate. Doing so is an excellent way of protecting the school district’s investment in its newest signs and graphics.

These laminates are a protective layer we apply over the finished signage. It creates a highly effective barrier that allows maintenance staff to clean up graffiti vandalism. Without the laminate, the chemicals of the paints permeate the sign material and need to be either painted over or lead to the sign’s replacement.

We have already touched on the fact that graffiti-proof laminates protect your signage investment. Whether you are placing post and panel signs, wall murals, or interior signs like wayfinding markers, the laminate protects these signage solutions. That said, there are additional reasons to protect your signs.
Our team routinely collaborates with schools and businesses to create anti-graffiti signage that looks great for years to come. Find out more about your options. Call us today!
