Pacific Shore Property Management oversees a broad range of sites. One of them is a strip mall. Doing business out of 5782 Venice Boulevard in Los Angeles, the firm had heard about our sign shop’s work with Vandalguard brand anti-graffiti laminate. Because the area is prone to graffiti, the management team contacted us to discuss the design, production, and installation of anti-graffiti “For Lease” signs in Rowland Heights, CA.
The signs we designed for the client are post and panel displays. They feature the “For Lease” notation along with the company’s name and contact information. The firm requested blue lettering and stripes that included gradient color changes and subliminal images to ensure a brand-centric display.
We were able to create this setup with imprinted vinyl overlays that we installed on the prepped panels. Most importantly, we added the Vandalguard anti-graffiti laminate. This substance protects the signage investment that Pacific Shore Property Management has made. If the signs are tagged, it is easy to wipe off a permanent marker as though it were a dry-erase pen. Paint can be removed with little more than a soft rag and a solvent.
Now, the firm has new commercial property “For Lease” signs that look great. Should they ever get tagged, they are easy to clean up. Therefore, this company’s signage always looks pristine and helps would-be tenants to understand that the management firm takes its job seriously.
Looking forward, our team already measured the location’s pylon sign at the center. Doing so allows us to change out some tenant panels the management company needs to have updated.
If you invest in signs, you want to maintain their great looks for as long as possible. However, far too many property managers, business owners, and managers arrive at their locations to see vandalized signage. Some opt to paint over the graffiti. However, doing so results in color differences that destroy the brand message.
Others use abrasive cleaning materials that gradually dull the surfaces of acrylic and metal facings. That said, you do not have to keep going it alone. Superior Signs and Graphics has begun using Vandalguard brand anti-graffiti laminates on signage products for clients who request it.
Because it is not a PVC vinyl, the material does not shrink and works with a broad range of signage products. By the way, we can even apply the anti-graffiti laminate over perforated window graphics!
Protecting your investment in the signage you buy is of paramount importance. Great-looking signs add value to your brand. Moreover, they underscore your commitment to excellence. In the past, you had to replace tagged signs. Today, there are inexpensive options.
