The Freedom City Church is a returning client. It is also a congregation that is growing by leaps and bounds. When the church opened its newest location, they asked us to assist with fully customized vinyl wall graphics in Long Beach, CA.

Our last project for this client involved a sanctuary wall wrap announcing 2026 expansion plans. Now, it was time to put up custom wall wraps and murals at the church’s new Long Beach location. The theme for this display focused on famous sites in Long Beach that would serve as focal points in the courtyard. One of the pastors is also a graphic designer, which allowed the client to contribute artwork featuring the Queen Mary and the city skyline.
Our technicians incorporated these elements, along with blue skies, water imagery, and, of course, palm trees. We used vinyl formulated for wall adhesion with some texturing. Moreover, we ensured that the finished product would maintain its good looks for years to come.

For years, we have collaborated with churches to design, produce, and install customized wall wraps and murals. We have already mentioned the sanctuary wall wrap, which allowed us to work with curved walls; this would have been challenging with other types of signage. We augmented another set of wall wraps with vinyl lettering to spell out the congregation’s vision for 2026. Die-cut vinyl lettering is ideal for installation on walls, furniture, and doors.
And, because we can customize the murals with any color you select, the vinyl makes excellent custom wallpaper. When the congregation was transforming its children’s ministry spaces, they asked for classroom wall graphics and decals. These features include gradient color changes, vibrant hues, lettering, and adhere not only to the wall but also to the door, which would otherwise be a cutout. In short, there is very little we cannot do with vinyl wall wraps.

Whether we apply vinyl wall graphics in Long Beach, murals in Whittier, or die-cut letters in Los Angeles, our clients frequently have questions. And, of course, we have answers.
Q: Does vinyl stick to textured walls?
A: We work with all types of vinyl. While installing it on smooth wall surfaces is easiest, the right vinyl selection also allows it to adhere to textured drywall, heavily textured walls, and even cinder blocks.
Q: We just painted. Can we have you install wall graphics?
A: Fresh paint must cure for four weeks before we install wall graphics. If you add decals any earlier, you may damage the paint and likely won’t achieve the strong adhesion you are looking for.
Q: Can you remove and reuse vinyl wall wraps and custom wallpaper?
A: Yes, we can remove vinyl wall wraps without damaging your wall. However, you will not be able to reuse these vinyl products. Once removed, the adhesive backing is lost. Of course, since these products are so budget-friendly, most clients decide to have us design, fabricate, and install new murals or custom wallpaper for the target walls.
