Property managers know that signage is designed to meet the needs of the tenants currently occupying their buildings. But what happens when the building’s use changes? Check out what we can do with pylon signs in Anaheim, CA, when the property manager converts a building.

Gold Star Enterprises is a real estate investment company with an impressive portfolio. One of their properties is located at 9900 Lakewood Boulevard in Downey. When the property manager converted the building for multi-tenant use, the twin pylon sign cabinets became obsolete. These signs only allowed for two tenant displays. However, they needed six tenant spaces on each side of the cabinet.
We suggested refurbishing the pylon sign to keep the structure in place while replacing the sign faces. In the past, there was a danger that the LEDs would give the sign faces a washed-out look. However, because we used our late-model printer, which allows for white ink back flooding, each tenant panel displays in vibrant colors that look as impressive when the light is on as when it is off.
